1 HARLYN DIGS
STAY IN THE HEART OF THE 7 BAYS
1 Harlyn Digs is our compact loft-style studio – a cleverly designed, ground-floor space made for easy, beachside living just a few sandy steps from the bay. High ceilings, clean lines and industrial-loft touches give it a spacious feel, with a well-planned layout that makes the most of every corner.
The main space centres around a comfortable double bed with room for a travel cot, plus a cosy seating area and a small dining spot for morning coffee or simple suppers. There’s a neat, fully equipped kitchenette, along with WiFi, smart TV and all the essentials you’d expect – this is a considered and well-designed small slice of luxury.
1 Harlyn Digs is dog-friendly, with level, easy access straight into the apartment and a private parking space close by. From your door, it’s only a short stroll to the sand, with The Harlyn and Harlyn Supply Co on your doorstep for coffee, breakfast, dinner, drinks and bottles to bring back to your own tucked-away beach bolt-hole.
NORTH CORNWALL
North Cornwall’s Seven Bays is one of the UK’s most sought-after stretches of coastline – a string of sandy beaches and coves running between Padstow and Bedruthan, each with its own character. Harlyn Bay sits right at the heart of it: a wide, sheltered, family-friendly beach with soft sand, rock pools and consistent surf, backed by dunes and coastal paths. From here you’re within easy reach of Trevone, Constantine, Booby’s, Mother Ivey’s, Treyarnon and Porthcothan, making 1 Harlyn Digs a perfect base for exploring the whole Seven Bays area on foot or by car.
The local food scene is a major draw. A short walk up the lane takes you to The Pig at Harlyn Bay, with its kitchen garden cooking and laid-back country house vibe. Just along the coast in Padstow you’ll find a concentration of big-name restaurants and relaxed bistros, including the likes of Paul Ainsworth and Rick Stein, alongside a new generation of independent spots, wine bars and bakeries. Between Harlyn, Padstow and the surrounding villages, North Cornwall is packed with great places to eat and drink – from beach cafés and fish and chips to serious tasting menus. Staying at Harlyn Digs puts you right in the middle of it all, with easy access to surfing, coastal walks, day trips and some of the best food and drink in Cornwall.
